2006 Marius Tamošiūnas was an assistant attorney at law and now attorney at law in J. Judickienė and partenrs JUREX law firm. Since 2008 Marius Tamošiūnas is working in the Department of Business Law at Mykolas Romeris University, where he delivers lectures and conducs seminars and workshops on commercial law.

Since 2008 Marius Tamošiūnas is a member of the young business leaders club.

2005 – 2006 Marius Tamošiūnas was the President of Mykolas Romeris university Student Scientific Association‘s Section of Civil procedure.

2004 – 2006 Marius Tamošiūnas was the President of International Law Students Association ILSA Lithuania. Since 2006 Marius Tamošiūnas is a member of ILSA Lithuania Control Council.
